This privacy policy explains how verticallm (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information collected through our website at verticallm.ai. We are based in the Netherlands, and we handle personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation(GDRP).
Our approach
Security by architecture
Most AI platforms ask you to trust where your data goes. We removed the question. Datagraph runs local-first, inside your own environment — on your infrastructure, behind your perimeter, air-gapped where required. Documents, operational data and model context stay where they already live: inside your organisation. There is no verticallm cloud through which your corpus passes.
Deployment model
Each deployment is installed in the customer’s environment and operated under the customer’s own security controls. Inference runs on local models; retrieval, embeddings and the knowledge graph are built and stored on-prem. Network egress can be restricted or fully disabled without loss of core functionality.
Access control and auditability
Access to data inside Datagraph follows the customer’s authorisation model. Row-level security governs what each user and agent can retrieve, and actions are logged for audit. Answers carry their evidence, so every output can be traced back to its sources — a security property as much as a quality property.
Protection model
Data protection in the pipeline.
Sensitive content is treated as such at ingestion: documents are classified, confidentiality and personal data are flagged, and redaction can be applied before content ever reaches an index. Human confirmation gates exist for the classifications that matter most.
Website security
This website is served over TLS and collects only the minimum described in our privacy policy. It is separated from customer deployments; nothing on this website connects to any customer environment.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website or in our products, we want to hear from you before anyone else does. Report it to contact contact@verticallm.ai.
with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please do not access data that is not yours, disrupt services, or disclose the issue publicly before we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it. We will confirm receipt, keep you informed, and will not take legal action against good-faith research conducted within these guidelines.
