is an offspring of Argusi, a company active in supply chain analytics and optimization since 2008, with deep expertise in supply chain strategy, design, and optimization. We now build on that reputation and track record with an approach tested across more than 150 projects for global leaders.
This is the natural next step in a journey that started over two decades ago, working side by side with some of the most complex supply chain organizations in the world. Where others are experimenting, we are extending: embedding AI into the proven, field-tested methodologies we already know deliver results.
Our Philosophy
It is simple: your data is your data, so it should stay local. In addition, intelligence cannot be outsourced. It needs to be embedded within the organization. The most important step is therefore to build a proper body of data — the corpus — that is highly structured using graph technology. With the right context, and only then, AI can be used properly.
Combined with structured input and domain expertise, AI becomes an exponential force multiplier. We have not abandoned what made us successful; we have amplified it. We wanted to build a vertical AI model that makes use of our two decades of accumulated knowledge, adapted to a new era of speed, scale, and intelligence.
The key is that we use highly structured input. That may sound strange, because modern-day LLMs can be used with unstructured data. However, in our evaluations and testing, we have clearly seen that they perform best when provided with structured context. As we will show later, we use surveys and structured data templates to create this context.

Why experience matters
Any AI is only as good as the context it receives. These large language models are powerful, but they do not automatically understand how a company works, which trade-offs matter, which constraints are real, which data is reliable, or how decisions are made across planning, sourcing, production, distribution and customers.
Our advantage is that we know what the relevant supply chain questions are. We know what data is usually needed. We know how to structure input. We know how to move from scattered information to useful analysis.
